To be eligible for a return, you must provide us with a reason where we’ve failed to delivery our service in the promised time and cost. Please retain the receipt for this. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. The processing period for a Return, Refund or Cancellation request is 2 days after you've submitted the receipt of the trip or reason of your trip. Please send us your registered email ID/phone number to us. In case you're not registered, send us as many details about the Return, Refund or Cancellation in questions. We'll also be needing your bank details in order to reverse the transaction. It'll take 7 - 10 days after this for the payment to be transferred back in your bank account.
